There will be a huge event on Saturday April 30 in Dayton, Ohio. The Organization, “A Dollar to Care” is hosting an Armed Forces Family Aid Concert at the Jackass Flats. This event is in honor for those brave men and women who serve our country. According to an article on www.examiner.com, “The Armed Forces Family Aid Concert starts at 2 p.m. and runs all day offering a full line-up of musical guests, guest speakers, comedians, and activists all gathering together to raise awareness and funds for “A Dollar To Care”.
According to the www.examiner.com, “A Dollar To Care” is a non-profit organization that was formed in 2010 to assist the families of soldiers who have been or are in the process of being charged with crimes during combat. Many of these cases were due to violations of the United Nations rules of engagement that at times blur the line between defending themselves against the enemy in war zones and regulations that seem to be designed to protect the enemy”
Again, if you are interested in taking part of this great cause, it will take place on Saturday, April 30 at 2 p.m. and goes until 11p.m. For more information about this event, please visit www.adollartocare.org
