Aullwood Audubon Center and Farm

Come to the Audobon Center and enjoy miles of scenic trails, bird watching areas, turtle and snake displays, and a variety of small animals like pics, goats and chickens. Inside the Center’s building are exotics birds, reptile and bug collections along with the history of the center. There are also plenty of interactive activities for students and families.

If you love baseball, entertainment and enjoying a summer day outdoors, come to a Dayton Dragons game! Located at the beautiful Fifth Third Field, parking nearby is inexpensive (or free!) and tickets are reasonably priced. You can enjoy a baseball game, between-innings entertainment and plenty of great food and drinks. 

SunWatch Indian Village/Archaeological Park

Enjoy a rare glimpse into the lives of local Native Americans in this interactive exhibit. Your visit starts with a 12 minute film about the background of SunWatch and what you would find in the exhibit, followed by a presentation and walking tour of the reconstructed village. The site also sponsors children’s day camps, pop wows, flute and art festivals in addition to archeological seminars.
